Rates per week : MAY @ £250. JUNE @ £300. JULY / AUGUST @ £325. SEPTEMBER @ £300. Other times from £150 - please apply.

Included in the price :- All electricity, covering heating, lighting and cooking. Sheets, duvets, towels and other linen.

A deposit of £50 will be required on booking, and this will become the damage bond on receipt of the full amount six week's prior to departure. The bond will be returned within 7 days of vacation, on return of the keys and subject to a successful inventory check. Payment by cheque or INSTANT deposit by credit card through Paypal below.( there are no credit card surcharges on deposits)You can pay the balance by credit card but a 3.9% surcharge will be required.
